Mrs. Johanna WHISENHUNT, 82, died last night at 8 o'clock at the home
of her son, Charles WHISENHUNT, in Opdyke. Her funeral will be held
Sunday at 2 p.m. in Ham's Grove Church, with the Rev. Bird GREEN in charge.
Burial will be in Ham's Grove Cemetery.
Mrs. WHISENHUNT was born March 7, 1867 in Spring Garden Twp., the daughter
of Richard L. and Eliza Jane BUMPUS. She was married to George W. WHISENHUNT
October 14, 1886.
Surviving are one daughter, Mrs. Jane SCHWENNINGER of Opdyke and 2 sons, Lee
of Belle Rive and Charles of Opdyke; 9 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.
Two daughters, Cora and Nancy, preceded her in death.
The Body will remain at the Charles WHISENHUNT home in Opdyke, where friends
may call until the funeral hour.
