IN THE NAME OF GOD, AMEN
I, Mary C. Baugh, of Mt.Vernon, In the County of Jefferson, and State of
Illinois, being of sound mind and memory, and considering the uncertainty
of this frail and transitory life, do, therefore, make, ordain, publish
and
declare, this to be my Last WILL and TESTAMENT,
FIRST:- I, order and direct, that my Executor, hereinafter named pay all
of
my just debts, and funeral expenses as soon after my decease as conveniently
may be.
SECOND:- after the payments of such funeral expenses, and debts, I give,
devise and bequeath to my Husband, Joe V. Baugh, all of my
Property, Real
and Personal during his life, only
THIRD:- I, give devise and bequeath to my Son Ernest V. Baugh, the sum
of ( $300)
to reimburse him for payments made, by him on a count or my present home,
and
also whatever amount he may hereafter, pay for my use and benefit.
FOURTH: - I, give, devise and bequeath, the rest residue and remainder,
of my Estate one-Third to the said Ernest V. Baugh, to my Son, Harry D.Baugh,
and One-Third to my Grand Son, Harry V. Baugh.
LASTLY: - I, make, constitute and appoint, Albert Watson, to be Executor
of
this My Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking all former Wills by me
made.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto subscribed my name and affixed my Seal
the 18th,
day of November, in the Year of our Lord, One Thousand Nine Hundred and
Five.

This Instrument was on the day of the date therof (sic) signed, published,
and
declared by the said Mary C. Baugh, Testatrix, to be her Last Will, and
Testament,
in the presence of us who at her request have subscribed our names as witnesses,
in her presence, and in the presence of each other.

PERSONALLY APPEARED in open Court, Omer S. Pace and A. H. Polk, subscribing
witnesses to the
foregoing Instrument of writing, purporting to the Last Will and Testament
of Mary C. Baugh,
late of Jefferson County, deceased, who being duly sworn according to law,
do depose and
say each for himself, that the foregoing is-the Last Will and Testament
of the said Maty
(sic) 0. Baugh, deceased, that they subscribed their names thereto as the
attesting
witnesses at the request of the said testatrix, and in her presence, and
in the presence
or each other, on the 18th day of November, l905, that she then and there
subscribed her
name thereto in our presence, and declared the same to be her Last Will
and Testament,
And the said Testatrix, at the time of executing the same as aforesaid
was of full age,
of sound mind, and memory, and under no constraint.
